The Joy of Being Selfish - Michelle Elman. Love this book because it’s a no-nonsense straight talking book all about setting boundaries. It also has some exercises in too - which I think is super helpful to get some practice in! Buy it here
Rules for Renegades: How to Make More Money, Rock Your Career, and Revel in Your Individuality - Christine Lynch. This book was the first ‘self development' book that I read back in 2013. It was given to me by my then COO of the business I was working in. Little did he (or I) know, but it was the catalyst for me deciding to change my entire life and move down to London. Buy it here.

The Coaching Habit - Michael Bungaey Stanier. Absolutely LOVE this book - lots of tips to help in the corporate world and coach your teams/peers/managers. Buy it here.
Give me Strength - Alice Liveing. This might be a bit left field, but this book is great for anyone who dealt wtih diet culture in the 90's/00's. I'm listening to the audio book, but you can buy it here.
