How does it work?

Once you’ve signed up for the 30 day challenge you’ll get your first email to welcome you to the club!

The very next day you’ll get your first email of the challenge.

In each daily email there’s 2/3 questions for you to answer on your very own form to fill in.

Every day after that you’ll get an email pop into your inbox to take you through all the steps to help you get more time back.

It won’t take longer than 15 minutes a day to complete the questions.

By taking baby steps every day the pressure is off. But I know you’ll make progress than you realise over the next 30 days.

What’s in the emails?

Well, I’m not going to tell you everything - feels like that’s going to spoil the surprise! But here’s a sneak peak.

Day 1-7, We’re figuring out what success looks like so you can get clear on how you want to spend your time

Day 8-15, We’re analysing where you’re really spending your time so we can see where the gaps are in your schedule

Day 16-19 We get practical to make sure you can start taking action!

Day 20 - 23 We look at your values so you get to grips where you really want to spend your time

Day 24-27 We’ll look at the best ways to set boundaries so you can start to say no without feeling guilty

Day 28-29 We’ll take a look at your todo list so you can figure out what to focus on and forget the rest!

Day 30 - you GRADUATE! After 30 days working together you’re equipped with more time, know how to get more time, know what to spend your spare time doing that you value and you can say no without feeling guilt so you can BREATHE!
