Who gives a crap?
Well, I do! I’m Lindsey. An overwhelm and burnout prevention coach who has unfortunately been there and got the t-shirt when it comes to living a life being frazzled, overwhelmed and burned out.
In 2019, I decided enough was enough and I retrained to be a life-coach. Now I work with my clients to help them move away from feeling overwhelmed so they can live their best life!
